Pack 3607 is a member of Bay-Lakes Council. Bay-Lakes Council is one of the largest Boy Scout Councils in the Midwest. They provide programs and services to over 27,000 boys in 22 counties throughout Northeast Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. We have over 320 Cub Scout Packs, 230 Boy Scout Troops, 90 Venture Crews and 75 Explorer Posts. Over 6,000 adult volunteers in our Council give their time and effort to prepare boys and young men to be the leaders of tomorrow helping them develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills and citizenship skills that will positively influence their decisions as adults
The Bay-Lakes Council is comprised of eight (8) districts, 21 counties in northeast Wisconsin, and 14 Counties (all but Gogebic) in Michigan’s upper peninsula comprising over 250 communities in the region. Pack 3607 is part of Twin Lakes District within the Bay-Lakes Council.
